Sumo Sushi has been serving and providing our customers with customized service, fresh sashimi, sushi, and special rolls for over 10 years in the Henderson area. Chef-owner Jay Koh has 15 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. He recently opened his second restaurant in the Southwest, Sumo Sushi 2, to share his cuisine with more sushi lovers. Sumo Sushi 2 shares the same menu as the first restaurant and ranges from very traditional to contemporary. Sumo Sushi 2 offers a 139 seat dining room area with a gorgeous 750 gallon salt water fish tank, a 40-seat intimate outdoor patio section, and a 12 seat private tatami room. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 11:30am to 11:00pm, Friday and Saturday 11:30pm to 2:00am, Sunday 1pm to 11pm.
